This website acts as a hosting platform displaying racing results, images, and driver names from physical amateur sports events. The data is uploaded exclusively by the respective independent race directors using our desktop software.

Legal Basis & Responsibility: The race directors are responsible for ensuring a valid legal basis such as explicit consent according to Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR or legitimate interest according to Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR before uploading participant names, vehicle images, or results. We process this data strictly as a hosting provider to offer the technical leaderboard infrastructure.

Storage Duration: The data remains on the website until the respective race director deletes the event or until a valid deletion request is processed.

Your Rights (Erasure/Objection): If you are a participant and wish to have your name removed, altered, or anonymized from a public leaderboard or an image removed, please contact your respective race director directly, as they have instant administrative control over the data. Alternatively, you may contact us using the email provided in the Legal Notice, and we will act upon your request as the platform host.

3. Server Log Files & Local Storage

The hosting provider of this website automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files such as IP address, browser type, and time of access. This is technically necessary to ensure the security, integrity, and stability of the website.

Legal Basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. This data is not merged with other data sources and is deleted automatically after a short period.

Local Storage (Technically Necessary): This web application uses the browser's Local Storage exclusively to store strictly necessary technical state data such as UI debouncing, menu navigation states, and sound triggers to ensure the application functions correctly.

Website Analytics: We use Vercel Analytics provided by Vercel Inc., USA, to analyze website traffic and performance. This service is privacy-focused, does not use cookies, does not store IP addresses, and does not track individual users across different websites. This website operates as a hosting platform for user-generated content such as images, driver names, and team names uploaded by independent race directors. We do not pre-screen or proactively monitor uploaded media for potential copyright, privacy, or trademark infringements.
