As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages under general laws. However, this platform acts primarily as a hosting service for independent race directors.

Pursuant to the Digital Services Act (DSA) and §§ 7 ff. DDG, we are not obliged to proactively monitor transmitted or stored third-party information such as uploaded race results, driver names, or images or to investigate circumstances indicating illegal activity.

Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general laws remain unaffected. Liability in this regard is only possible from the moment we become aware of a specific legal infringement. Upon notification of such violations, we will remove the content immediately.
